Palm Garden Hotel

Love this hotel. Very clean, open, beautiful property and the pool and hot tub were perfect. And the breakfast was just what we needed to start off the day. I love it so much there that my 1 night stay turned into 3 nights

Boutique hotel. Rooms are small compared to the typical hotel rooms, but they’ve been all renovated and have modern touch. Make sure you know that parking is paid (though you wonder why cuz it’s not a crazy busy parking spot). Good breakfast served at the onsite restaurant that has a nice ambience to it. Pet friendly place with a surcharge for pet stay.

Nice hotel, great customer service, very nice restaurant attached to it. Selvins! Pool is heated and there is a jacuzzi, gym is nicely furnished. Management and front desk workers are honestly the nicest here. I come here for work very often and it's always a pleasure because everything her is on par! Great hotel to stay at!

I have had good rooms and not so great rooms at this hotel. They no longer have breakfast. You have to go to the strip mall across the parking lot. The front desk employees are mostly very friendly. The restaurant is no longer part of the hotel. It's a good place to stay if you just want some sleep.

Tabby is amazing! Absolutely loved her phone presence and customer service! A+!!! The property is gorgeous and breakfast is delicious! Also: upon checking in Adil was extremely helpful and courteous. I hope I spelled his name right. Thank you so much for making our family’s stay in the garden suite exceptional! We usually stay in the cottages at Pier Pont Inn and are overwhelmingly satisfied! My son and I stayed here on a college visit to see Cal Lutheran. It was a perfect spot, very convenient to the school and to anything else you would need. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The pool and lounging area was quiet and also beautifully kept. They offered free breakfast at a restaurant just across the parking lot called Mikey's. Great pancake breakfast! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We were heading home and our flight was delayed two days due to a blizzard back east. We were able to stay in our room and they were wonderful about it. I would agree with other reviews that the towels were very small. That would be my only complaint. Everything else was wonderful. If he chooses to go to Cal Lutheran, we will definitely stay here again.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I stayed at the Palm Garden Hotel for a quick two-night visit while in town for a board meeting, and it was a great choice. You can tell this property has been around for quite some time—in the best way—thanks to the beautiful, mature trees and well-established landscaping. I also learned it has been a few different hotels over the years, but the current management has done an excellent job working with what they have to make this a very pleasant place to stay. The standout feature for me was how quiet it was. The central garden area with the pool is absolutely beautiful, and I especially enjoyed the small terrace outside the main lobby. Each morning I was able to sit there and do my devotions in a setting that was peaceful, calm, and refreshing—exactly what I needed during a busy trip. The room itself was modern, clean, and fit my needs perfectly for a short business stay. If I were to offer one small suggestion, it would be that the bath towels were on the small side—but that’s a minor detail in an otherwise very positive experience. As the years go by, I’ll be traveling to Thousand Oaks regularly for board meetings, and I would absolutely choose to stay here again. Quiet, comfortable, and well cared for—this place checks a lot of boxes.

We can't recommend this hotel enough — whether you're here for business or leisure, Palm Garden Hotel is a hidden gem that delivers comfort, quality, and outstanding service. We'll definitely be back!
